Delivery area︰

.Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories but not including remote areas (Tung Chung & Chek Lap Kok at upcharge of $60; Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Disneyland and outlying islands at upcharge of $200)
.Only for commercial and residential addresses, please do not use post office boxes and logistics warehouses as delivery addresses.
.Each order can only be sent to one address. If you want to deliver goods to different addresses, please place orders separately according to different addresses.


Estimated delivery time︰

.After confirming that the payment is successful, it usually takes 1-2 working days to process and ship, depending on inventory.
.Under normal circumstances, orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after delivery. Orders from remote areas in Hong Kong will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.


Cargo Tracking / Change of Address:

.When the goods you ordered are packaged in the warehouse and are ready for delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation notification via email. This email contains order information and order tracking number. If necessary, please contact Morning Express to track the shipment by yourself.
.After the goods are shipped, if you need to change the address, please contact Morning Express to make another arrangement. The additional costs incurred must be paid for.
.If the customer fails to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact Morning Express to make arrangements.
.If the delivery fails twice in a row and you cannot be contacted, the order may be cancelled and the company may not issue a refund.
