Scope and acceptance of general sales terms

The website enables suppliers to provide products (hereinafter referred to as “products”) for sale to users who browse the website. Under these general sales terms, the user and the supplier are collectively referred to as the “two parties”, and each is called a “party”, and the user who has confirmed the order is called the “customer”.

The rights and obligations of users will automatically apply to customers.
Any order made by the customer for the products provided on the website shall be deemed as an express confirmation of acceptance of these general sales terms.

Registration and account security

The selling price of the product on the website 

All product prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars (HKD $) and invoices are issued at the price when the order is accepted.
The price does not include shipping. The relevant freight is determined based on the total amount of the order and is added to the product price. The freight amount will be displayed before the user confirms the order.

 

 

Order

All orders constitute a complete and unreserved acceptance of these general sales terms.
The customer agrees that the seller’s order registration system constitutes proof of the order and its date.

Each order is limited to 10 products. In addition, in each order, any single product cannot be ordered more than 5 pieces.
When a customer clicks the “Submit Order” button, it means that the customer declares that his order is placed in accordance with these general sales terms. Customers can print the order summary by themselves.

Once the order is registered by the seller, a detailed confirmation notice of the order is sent to the customer’s registered email address.
This confirmation notice will list the exact silver code and shipping details of the invoice based on the order information.
This confirmation notice represents the acceptance of the order and confirmation of the transaction, but only if the inventory is available and the order payment is received; if the seller fails to provide one or more ordered products, the customer will be notified by email. In this case, the seller will charge the customer the recalculated amount after deducting the price of the failed product.

If all the goods in the order cannot be provided, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be notified by email and no payment is required.

 

 

Cancellation

At any time before the seller completes the order processing:-

6.1 If the seller fails to provide the product for any reason or cannot execute the order for any reason, the seller can cancel the order and inform the customer of this situation.

6.2 Customers can contact our customer service department to cancel the order. If the customer service department informs the customer that the order processing procedure has been completed, the customer cannot cancel the order and the goods will be delivered as scheduled.

If the customer has paid the relevant payment for the cancelled order, the payment will be refunded to the customer according to the original payment method.
For customers who have disputed the payment of previous orders, the seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel their orders.

 

 

Refunds

If the customer finds that the product is damaged or defective when receiving the product, or the product received is not the product originally ordered, the customer can return the product and get a full refund.

Any returned and unused products purchased on this website must be returned within 7 days after the delivery date. The returned product must be unopened and in the original packaging, and all accessories and additional accessories must be stored. If the ordered product is damaged, defective or not in good condition, customers can call the seller’s customer service hotline (852) 2377 4881 / send an email to [email protected] to contact the seller.
If the returned set is a boxed set, all the products in the box must be returned; if the customer’s order includes a bonus gift, the bonus gift must also be returned. If the bonus gift is not returned with the original product, the refund will not be accepted.
The returned product must be shipped prepaid. The seller does not accept the delivery method of cash on delivery.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

After the seller has verified and confirmed that the customer is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be made through the original payment method.

 

 

Exchange

If the product is damaged or defective when it is received, or the product received is not the product originally ordered, the customer can choose to (a) exchange for other product or (b) a full refund

(a) Exchange :

If the customer chooses to replace the damaged or defective or incorrect product, the seller will send the replacement item to the customer free of charge, but the customer must first return the ordered product to the seller in the state when the customer received the product.

(b) Refund:

If the customer chooses to refund and return a damaged or defective or incorrect product, and the customer has returned the ordered product to the seller in the state when the customer received the product, the seller will return it according to the original payment method used for online shopping:

  1. a) Full payment; and
  2. b) Shipping costs incurred in delivering products to customers (if only part of the order is returned to the seller, the seller can reduce the amount of freight returned by the seller to the customer to offset the freight sent to the customer but not returned items); and

If the customer does not return the relevant product to the seller, the seller will not initiate and process the refund.

To obtain a refund or replace the product, please return the product within seven (7) working days from the delivery date or the date the product defect was discovered (if applicable). .
The above regulations do not affect any other legal rights of customers

 

Instructions for returning the product

Please include the returned product photos as evidence when providing information. Once the customer service department accepts the processing, the customer must send the product back to the customer service department for verification.

Regardless of the customer returning the product to the seller for any reason, the customer must abide by the following instructions to expedite the return procedure:

Non-refundable products

In the following cases, replacement products or refunds will not be accepted:

Payment  

Customers can pay by credit card (Visa card, MasterCard or JCB card), PayPal or Alipay. When a customer uses a credit card and undergoes an authentication procedure, it is confirmed that the credit card belongs to the customer. When the seller accepts the customer’s order, the amount payable will be deducted from the customer’s account. All credit card holders are required to accept the verification check and authorization of the issuing bank. The seller is not responsible for the improper use of information by third parties. If payment is made by Alipay, the payment will be deducted immediately when the order is placed. If payment is made by all other methods, the payment will be deducted from the customer’s account and the payment will be settled only after the customer’s order is accepted and the product is sent.
The seller accepts Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Alipay and Paypal payment methods for purchases on the website. If any order payment has been made, but the order is not accepted by the seller, the customer is entitled to a refund through the original payment method. The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense that may be incurred by the relevant customer or any person due to any delay in processing the said refund.

The customer assures the seller that he has obtained any required authorization when placing the order to use the payment method of his choice. If the customer fails to pay any amount owed, or in any adverse payment situation, the seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of its nature or processing progress.
Ten days after the invoice date, or immediately after the bank’s payment rejection notice is issued (applicable to all other payment methods), any unpaid payment will automatically be charged statutory interest plus a 5% fee. .

Order shipping

The product will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order according to the applicable shipping method selected by the customer.
After accepting the order and confirming the payment, the seller will deliver the products to the customer within 1 to 3 working days; Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok and Hong Kong International Airport will take 5 to 7 working days to complete the delivery. Estimated delivery date

Delivery cost

  • Free shipping on orders of HK$600 or above
  • A delivery fee of HK$40 will be charged for purchases below HK$600

Deliver goods

  • Delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, but not applicable to Big Wave Bay, Shek O, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan , Disney, Po Toi Island and Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok and Hong Kong International Airport.   • Delivery is not applicable to locations that have no direct means of transportation, or buildings that are 3/F or above and no lifts are available.
  • Please note: The seller will do its best to deliver all the goods as scheduled. The seller expects to deliver the product when there is someone at the delivery address. If the product is placed outside the delivery address due to customer requirements, the seller will not bear the related responsibility.
  • The delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this case, the customer will be contacted to reschedule the delivery time.
  • If no one takes delivery at the scheduled delivery time, the seller reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees.
  • If there is any change in the customer’s delivery address, the customer has the responsibility to notify the seller immediately.
  • The seller reserves the right to refuse delivery to any customer. This is the sole discretion of the seller.

Retain ownership

All products are the exclusive property of the seller until the selling price (including principal, additional fees and taxes) is paid in full.

Responsibility

Except for the situation where special sales are not provided to reduce inventory, the seller shall not be responsible for the failure to fulfill the order due to shortage of inventory or the inability to provide products due to force majeure.

The seller shall not be liable for the following reasons:
